Partnership Announcement
Invisible Borders × FUJIFILM
FUJIFILM joins the 11th Invisible Borders Trans-African Road Trip as Lead Partner and Official Camera Partner.
Invisible Borders is pleased to announce FUJIFILM as Lead Partner and Official Camera Partner for Re-tracing the Path of Stars—the 11th edition of the Invisible Borders Trans-African Road Trip, travelling from Marrakesh to Lagos in 2027.
This partnership places FUJIFILM within the production conditions of the journey. Its support will enable the participating artists and core documentation team to work with FUJIFILM camera systems as they travel, encounter and create across the route.
For Invisible Borders, photography is not simply a means of recording movement. It is a way of questioning how people and places are perceived, creating encounters and articulating lived experiences across borders.
Throughout the project, Invisible Borders will share photographs and moving-image works created by participating artists and the documentation team using FUJIFILM cameras and accessories. These materials will offer an evolving public account of the journey—its encounters, processes and artistic responses as they unfold between Marrakesh and Lagos.
We welcome FUJIFILM as a partner in making this edition possible and in supporting the conditions from which its images, encounters and reflections will emerge.
